Field Service Technician

We are looking for a professional, independent, and skilled Field Service Technician (FSR) to join our team and serve as a key partner in the operation, installation, and maintenance of HERO systems in Israel and abroad.
The role combines fieldwork, advanced technology, customer-facing activities, and work in test and operational environments both locally and internationally.

Job Description:

Participate in marketing and technical demonstrations for customers in Israel and abroad
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs at customer sites
Deliver customer training and technical instruction
Execute system installations, ATP, testing, and software updates
Work with a variety of platforms including test equipment, simulators, compression kits, and more
Perform component-level work such as soldering, wiring, and electronic testing
Deploy and operate ground systems, communication systems, and control stations
Extensive international travel (over 50%)

Requirements:

Education: Electrical/Electronics Technician or Mechatronics Technician
Experience in assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and reading schematics
High level of English, both spoken and written
Full availability for frequent international travel
Strong technical and hands-on skills with tools and equipment
Professional appearance and ability to work independently with customers

Advantages:
