We’re searching for a highly motivated R&D Manager to lead our backend and frontend full-stack development teams in delivering cutting-edge solutions for the capital market. About the Role: In this position, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of capital market technology. You’ll lead, mentor, and collaborate with a team of skilled developers, driving innovation and excellence across our platform. With a focus on both hands-on technical expertise and strategic leadership, you’ll oversee development processes, ensure high-quality code, and bring architectural vision to life. What You’ll Do: Lead and mentor backend and frontend development teams, fostering a collaborative environment. Actively participate in coding, architecture design, requirements analysis, and code reviews. Oversee development, testing, and deployment of scalable systems and applications. Ensure high-quality SDLC practices, including unit tests, integration tests, and code quality. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure production stability. Plan, review, and execute architectural changes in distributed core products. Drive innovation and technological strategy while managing day-to-day activities like sprint ceremonies and technical designs. What We’re Looking For: 7+ years in software development roles. 3+ years of experience leading software development teams. Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, TCP/IP (Sockets), RESTful API, MSSQL, Windows Services, and near real-time (RT) data streams . Proven ability to architect complex near-RT data stream solutions. Strong understanding of Agile and Lean development methodologies. Experience with CI/CD automation and writing testable code. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent. Bonus: Experience with client-side development, web technologies, PHP, Linux, and NoSQL.
