We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-level Junior Project Manager to assist in coordinating and managingvarious projects within our dynamic team.

This role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals with minimal experience looking to develop their project management skills in a fast-paced environment.

The Junior Project Manager will support senior project managers in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within scope, fostering a collaborative atmosphere that drives project success.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of project activities under the guidance of senior project managers.
Coordinate project schedules, resources, and communications to ensure timely completion.
Maintain project documentation, action, and project timelines.
Support the identification and management of project risks and issues.
Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of project reports and presentations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree/Final year students in Industrial Engineering / Information Systems - A must
No prior professional experience is required; internships or academic project experience is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello) is a plus.
