Securities Back Office

As part of our Securities Operations domain, we’re looking for a Securities Back Office to support the day-to-day operational activities across local and foreign securities. This is an opportunity to join a growing digital bank, gain hands-on exposure to securities operations, and develop expertise in a complex, regulated financial environment

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in financial services or Back Office operations (advantage)
BA in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
Basic understanding of securities trading and financial instruments
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
High level of English (spoken and written)
Ability to learn quickly and work in a dynamic environment

Your Day-to-Day:

Support Back Office operations for local and foreign securities (Equities, Bonds, Mutual Funds)
Assist with securities transfers, reconciliation, clearing, transaction processing, and corporate actions
Handle payments to exchanges, suppliers, and customers
Collaborate with TASE, brokers, custodians, and internal bank teams
Work with multiple bank systems and interfaces (Legal, Back Office, IT)
Learn and apply regulatory requirements for Israeli and foreign markets

Advantages:

Familiarity with TASE and foreign markets
Knowledge of Securitise transfers and Clearing processes
Exposure to Bloomberg / Reuters
BI tools experience
