We have aggressive plans to scale our business and believe the best way to make that happen is to immediately invest in further developing our teams.Your ImpactYou'll work collaboratively to turn complex problems into intuitive experiences. You'll have the opportunity to define the visual design and user experience and, also the micro-interactions that bring these solutions to life. You'll research complex customer workflows, validate customer problems, and create transformative solutions that are natural, accessible, and easy-to-use.ResponsibilitiesDesign projects through the product development life-cycle, working closely with the Product and Engineering teamsBreak down complex problems to find simple, efficient solutionsCollaborate with our Product Design team to ensure your work integrates seamlessly into our ecosystemBe data-driven and have a strong desire to improve the experience constantlyPresent and explain your decisions to peers and stakeholdersSince we are a start-up, you must be willing to wear multiple hats, be flexible, and pitch-in whenever and wherever needed.
