We are looking for an ERP Project Manager & Systems Analyst for an exciting and challenging position!

This is a full-time position, On-site in Shoham

Job Summary:

The role involves end-to-end process analysis for an ERP system on the AS400 platform, focusing on supply chain management - orders, distribution, inventory, sales, and its satellite systems. The work is team-based in a dynamic and intensive environment, interacting with a wide range of organizational stakeholders

Responsibilities:

Process analysis and writing specifications, including guidance and implementation with developers, testers, and users.
Task management and work plan coordination for the AS400 development and testing teams.
Knowledge and experience in ERP systems, with an emphasis on supply chain, orders, inventory, and sales.
Familiarity with validation processes.
Task, schedule, and project management with various organizational entities.

Requirements:

Specialization in Information Systems or other relevant education.
Proven experience of 6 to 10 years in project management and process analysis
Proven extensive experience with AS400
High proficiency in Hebrew and English.
High customer awareness and good interpersonal skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate with various levels within the organization.
