Senior Full Stack Developer - New Growth Engine

We’re looking for a talented Senior Full-Stack Developer who is highly skilled in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js to join our new Growth Engine team at Elementor. This team operates like a startup within the company, giving you the agility of a small, dynamic environment with the resources and stability of an established organization.

In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping a new high-impact product aimed at revolutionizing the web creators ecosystem. From ideation to production, you’ll collaborate closely with various stakeholders to build the product from scratch using cutting-edge technologies.

Challenges

Building from Scratch: Participate in creating a brand-new project from the ground up, influencing both the technical and product directions.
Architecting a Scalable System: Help design the architecture for a new system, ensuring it is high-performing, maintainable, and scalable for future growth.
Ownership and Impact: Take full ownership of key components and systems, ensuring they deliver maximum impact for the business and users.
Delivering High-Quality Experiences: Design and implement high-quality components that drive exceptional design and user experiences.
Adapting and Innovating: Assimilate new technologies quickly, integrating them seamlessly into existing workflows, internal tools, and third-party systems.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with a focus on Node.js
2+ years of React experience with Hooks and advanced components
Experience with microservices architectures and building scalable backend systems.
Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and CSS.
Deep understanding of web application development and the development cycle, including unit test writing, E2E test writing
Experience with overseeing Production systems including monitoring, investigations, support, and maintenance.
Strong skills in building and maintaining RESTful APIs.
Solid understanding of relational (SQL) and non-relational (e.g. MongoDB) database design.
Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud services like GCP

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with CI/CD workflows
Experience with cross-browser compatibility
Experience working with cloud infrastructure (services and provisioning)
Familiarity/Experience with Commerce architecture
Familiarity with AI development tools such as Cursor or GitHub Copilot
Familiarity with event-driven architectures and message queues like Pub/Sub

Play a pivotal role in defining a brand-new product that aligns with the company’s growth objectives.
Pioneer new developments, contributing to both the technological architecture and business innovation.
Manage the development lifecycle end-to-end, from planning and implementation to deployment and production support.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
Build and maintain robust infrastructure to enable rapid experimentation and agile product iterations.
