*Job description*:
* Developing the territory to increase sales of the company products.
* Achieve Growth and Revenue Targets: Set and monitor ambitious growth and

revenue targets for the territory.
* Maintain and develop channel partners relationships and strategies for expanding

sales in the territory.
* Analyze, develop, and implement sales strategies across all workflow solutions

markets to meet the
* Analysis of the electrical market's developments and needs in relation to Ofil's

business.
* Global Sales Force team, participate in meetings and On-going
* Development and successful implementation of the sales plan for the territories.
* Supporting territories, he/she is active in

*Job Requirements:*
* 5 years as sale/presale role
* High level of customer-facing skills.
* Experience in developing territory markets to increase sales.
* Experience in managing distributors, including training, attending customer

meetings.
* Filed proven international sales experience (especially in capital device),

Experience of working with distributors - Must
* Strong understanding of the market dynamics and business landscape.
* Proven Experience in B2B, with history of successful experience in selling High tech products to market. Product and solutions implementation.
* Initiative, innovative, creative, hard worker, hands-on & teamwork personality.
* Capable of multitasking and working under pressure.
* Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels.
* Exceptionally self-motivated and directed.
* Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
* Readiness to frequent travels.

*Skills:*
* Bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering / mechanical engineering / computer engineering.
* Dependable, hardworking, initiative

* Presentation skills
* Computer skills: MS Office and PowerPoint
* Fluent English and other languages.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 17,000.00₪ - 21,000.00₪ per month
