This individual will be responsible for creating a best-in-class financial monitoring and insights infrastructure, including full control over transactional and operational financial flows. The Head of FP&A will manage a small team and work closely with the CFO and CEO, delivering clear financial insights, protecting revenue, and preventing leakage.This is a highly strategic and operational role in a fast-scaling fintech infrastructure company.TEAM STRUCTUREDirect Reports:Financial Operations ControllerData AnalystCORE RESPONSIBILITIES1. Financial Control & MonitoringBuild and operate a control system across all financial transactions - both company-side and client-sideMonitor the flow of client funds, FX deals, commissions, and treasury activityIdentify discrepancies, risks, errors, and inefficiencies in financial flows2. Client Funds OversightEstablish rigorous controls to track, reconcile, and protect customer moneyEnsure daily visibility on client balances across internal systems and external accounts3. Operational Cost ControlsBuild an auditing framework to monitor fees charged by banks, processors, and liquidity providersIdentify supplier overcharges, hidden fees, and cost inefficiencies4. Revenue Integrity & Billing AssuranceValidate that all client-side billing mechanisms (product, platform, manual) are working as expectedEnsure no client is undercharged, overcharged, or missed entirelyPartner with product and tech teams to audit pricing engines and automate alerts5. Strategic FP&A & Investor ReportingBuild and maintain budgeting models, cash forecasts, and P&L analysesOwn internal dashboards for executive decision-makingMaintain the company's financial data room and investor-ready materialsGenerate clear, sharp monthly/quarterly reporting packages for management and boardRequirements3+ years in FP&A / finance / analytics roles with increasing responsibilityPrior experience in fintech, SaaS, or high-growth startup preferredStrong command of financial models, variance analysis, pricing logicExperience managing others (at least 1-2 reports)High proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with SQL, BI tools, and ERP systemsDeep analytical mind, attention to detail, strong communication skillsAbility to move fast, think critically, and take full ownership of resultsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORA true operator: independent, responsible, and execution-orientedSomeone who can handle pressure, uncertainty, and constantly shifting prioritiesA partner to leadership, who sees problems before they ariseMission-driven: wants to be part of building a global fintech infrastructure companyJob ID 77.554
