What are we looking for?

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Senior Product Operations to join the Checkmarx team. You will report to the Senior Director of Product & R&D Operations and play a key role in supporting how the Product organization works day to day.

You will help establish or maintain clarity, improve coordination, and make sure teams have what they need to work and deliver efficiently. Your work will focus on strengthening alignment across Product, R&D, Engineering, Research, and field teams.

You will also support leadership by helping bring structure, consistency, and visibility to core product activities.

How will you make an impact?

1. Owning and maintaining operational processes from ideation to release, ensuring everyone understands roles and responsibilities.

2. Working closely with the R&D Program Manager to ensure smooth, predictable processes between Product, Engineering, and Research.

3. Ensuring Product Managers follow the agreed workflows, templates, and SDLC rules to keep execution consistent across teams.

4. Providing clear, data-driven reports that help Product leadership make smarter roadmap and prioritization decisions.

5. Orchestrating internal forums - roadmap reviews, alignment syncs, launch readiness, operational reviews, etc to connect Product, Field, and R&D.

6. Improving collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to reduce confusion and increase delivery quality.

7. Building and managing product dashboards that track delivery, quality, cycle times, and adoption of metrics.

8. Identifying bottlenecks and driving operational improvements across the product lifecycle.

9. Supporting Product Managers with playbooks, best practices, and repeatable frameworks to help them move faster.

Requirements:

What is needed to succeed?

· At least 5 years of experience in Product Operations, with a strong track record of building, improving, and maintaining processes — Must

· Deep understanding of the full product development lifecycle

· Data-driven mindset, with strong skills in data analysis, industry metrics, and product insights — Must

· Hands-on experience with Jira, including creating reports, dashboards, and automations

· Experience working directly with C-level and VP-level stakeholders

· Highly organized, process-oriented, and focused on driving execution efficiency and visibility

· Positive, can-do attitude with great energy and collaboration skills
