Controller

Nayax is looking for a Controller to join our subsidiaries' Finance team.

The Controller will Report to the VP of Finance, Growth Verticals.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to support the company’s scale
Supervise the monthly, quarterly and annual closing process and ensure accuracy of financial records including account payable team, accruals, billing team, revenue recognition, payroll journal entries, fixed assets and intangible assets reconciliation.
Supervise the intercompany reconciliation balances and transactions.
Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reporting packages
including consolidated reports.
Work with other subsidiaries' teams, and provide support and guidelines as needed.
Manage and conduct the annual external audit.
Assist with tax matters, transfer pricing studies and annual tax filings.
Prepare accounting memorandums and documentation of the company’s processes and policies.
Ad hoc accounting and finance-related projects as needed.
Manage the implementation process of the new ERP system within Nayax subsidiaries.

Requirements:

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

Experience from the public companies or Hi-tech/Fin-tech companies
More than 3 years of accounting experience after internship from Big 4.
Degree in Accounting and CPA license.
Knowledge of IFRS and SOX regulation
Experience in ERP Systems (preference to Oracle/NetSuite).
ERP implementation experience
Knowledge in consolidation reports and business combination.
Experience with ITA and VAT tax filings
Analytical, highly motivated
Excellent English skills
Understanding of both financial and operational controls
