AI Finance Innovation lead

We're looking for an innovative AI Lead to join our Finance team and drive the transformation of our financial operations through artificial intelligence and automation. This is a high-impact role based in Tel Aviv, where you'll work directly with finance leadership to build AI-powered solutions that streamline processes, eliminate manual work, and deliver strategic insights.

You'll combine hands-on technical building with strategic program management, leading cross-functional initiatives that measurably improve efficiency across all financial workflows. This role is perfect for a technical, hands on product manager who understands business operations and wants to shape the future of finance at a rapidly scaling SaaS company.

About The Role
Map & prioritize finance domains across all Finance operations (supplier payments, customer activities, FP&A processes, procurement etc.) to identify high-impact AI automation opportunities
Own end-to-end delivery of solutions from mapping user needs and evaluating tools to crafting POCs and live products.
Define and apply prioritization frameworks to assess potential ROI, feasibility, and build vs. buy decisions within strict security and SOX compliance guidelines
Partner with cross-functional teams including business applications, developers, and compliance to ensure successful implementation
Track impact and adoption by regularly presenting results and lessons learned to stakeholders across finance and tech
Champion AI innovation in Finance by sharing knowledge, leading our AI finance community, training stakeholders, and scaling experimentation culture
Your Experience & Skills
3-6 years experience as a technical product manager, business operations or program management roles
Innovative and product-focused mindset, complemented by the ability to ask questions that spark creative ideas and solutions.
Strong understanding of AI technologies and tools (generative AI, LLMs, and agents) as well as proven ability to build and implement AI-powered solutions
Portfolio of previous AI or automation solutions you've built, led, or contributed to
Proven ability to own complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy to delivery
Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially when working across functions
Experience in building business use cases, assessing ROI and feasibility for prioritisation and build vs buy decision.
You are a self-learner and a self-starter who thrives in ever-changing environments, working independently to continuously reinvent yourself and your role responsibilities to align with the latest technologies.
