Lili is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our team.

Experience:

At least five years of experience working as a Data Scientist, preferably in the fintech industry.
MSc or higher in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or an equivalent quantitative field.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

Hands-on experience in model development, production-grade implementation, and performance monitoring.
Background in credit risk modeling is an advantage.
Design experiments to test hypotheses and measure the effectiveness of solutions.
Strong data analysis skills and experience with optimization techniques.
Excellent Python and SQL skills.
Proficient in using Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and other relevant libraries.
Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering is a plus.
Experience in evaluating, testing, and implementing internal and external data sources.
Engineering background with the ability to deploy ML solutions in production is an advantage.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to collect and preprocess data, and build and maintain data pipelines.
Use data visualization tools to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders.
