Help define product launch windows based on hardware readiness and integration maturity.
Support portfolio planning by identifying high-impact features and delivery risks affecting customer commitments.
Reporting & Stakeholder Management:
Prepare program dashboards, status reports, and executive summaries.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure proper documentation of decisions, risks, and mitigation plans.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
7+ years of experience in project/program management in hardware-centric environments.
Proven experience leading projects involving FPGA, embedded SW, firmware, and E2E communications.
Deep understanding of hardware development cycles, from design to mass production.
Strong grasp of systems engineering principles and hardware-software co-design.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Agile and hybrid project management methodologies.
Familiarity with telecommunications, wireless systems, or RF hardware platforms.
Financial and business acumen to understand product margins, forecasting, and ROI.
PMP or similar project management certification.
Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional coordination skills.
