Backend Team Leader

OneZero Bank seeks an experienced Team Leader to manage a multidisciplinary team focused on backend development, mobile applications, and diverse business domains in banking.

Requirements:

3+ years as Team Lead, with strong leadership and technical skills across multiple disciplines
Proficiency in backend languages (e.g., Scala, Java, Kotlin) and mobile development technologies
Experience with Spring/Spring Boot, build tools, and mobile development processes
Strong knowledge of AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture
Deep understanding of both backend and mobile architectures, with ability to bridge these domains

Responsibilities:

Lead a multidisciplinary team covering backend, mobile, and other relevant technologies
Foster professional growth of team members across various disciplines
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning to production
Develop and maintain complex, distributed cloud-based solutions, including mobile apps
Collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver exceptional results across all platforms
