About the Position:

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented marketing partnerships team leader to expand our marketing partnership ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for both the strategic development and operational execution of our partnership initiatives. As the lead of the partnerships team, you will be in charge of strong relationships with the partners, as well as oversee the logistics and performance of partnership activations.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience leading a marketing team
Proven track record in partnership development and management.
Experience in managing budgets and financial performance.
Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics.
Experience with event marketing or event producing.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
High-Level of English proficiency.

Track and analyze partnership performance metrics to measure ROI and optimize strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful partnership execution and alignment with company goals.
