You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable digital ecosystems that solve real-world business challenges. In your day-to-day, you will:Manage complex, client-facing digital projects from start to finishLead cross-functional teams, aligning perspectives and ensuring clear communicationOversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining high standardsIdentify and implement tools and processes to improve workflows and project outcomesStay updated on industry trends and integrate them into projects when relevantBuild strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted partnerQualifications3+ years of experience managing complex, client-facing digital projectsProven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environmentStrong organizational and operational thinking with attention to detailCreative problem-solving skills, thinking beyond standard solutionsHands-on experience with AI tools for content, automation, and workflowsFamiliarity with Wix tools and products – an advantageAbility to collaborate across different professional disciplines, with understanding of design, UX, content, development, and product terminology to support clear communication and alignmentAdditional InformationThe Wix Agency is an in-house, end-to-end digital agency and the only team at Wix that builds digital projects from A to Z for strategic partners.
