Creative Manager With a Spark

Beach Bum is looking for a Creative Manager ready to bring exciting ideas to life and impact our mobile games’ performance.

You will be responsible for producing marketing assets for all of our games, Video ads, Images, and playable ads, working with creators & Influencers from all over the world, and creating top-performing concepts.

Work through all the creative production cycle steps together with the marketing creative team artists & external partners. You’ll be responsible for all process parts, from ideation threw revisions and managing the administrative execution, to optimize the creative videos based on performance.

Responsibilities

Make things happen – producing all creative assets
Communicate effectively with the different stakeholders in the company and external vendors
Collect creative requests, manage the ideation process, and write briefs for execution
Manage the creative production projects
Deliver creative assets on time
Valid the outcomes, make sure it match our requirements and guidelines and opt
Maintain the material catalog and become the owner of our creative library
Impact Creative’s production processes and testing methodologies.

Requirements

Marketing or visual communication background
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail and design
Familiarity with social media and trends
Proficient in English
Not afraid of numbers and analysis
Familiar with digital marketing principles- An advantage
Previous experience in an advertising / creative agency – An advantage
knowledge of Digital marketing (mobile/mobile games industry) – An advantage
