Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Product Lead located in Migdal Haemek.
The Product Lead will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the company's product line. This includes overseeing the product from concept and development through mass production and ongoing service. The role requires close collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.
What a typical day looks like:
• Identify, Analyze, and Understand Customer Needs: Translate customer needs into actionable product strategies.
• Develop and Implement Detailed Work Plans: Define service levels and ensure alignment across multiple company functions.
• Prioritize Tasks, Projects, and Resources: Balance business objectives with technical feasibility, always keeping the customer at the center.
• Define and Track KPIs: Measure product success, ensuring continuous feedback and improvement.
• Conduct Performance Analysis: Gather customer insights and implement data-driven improvements.
• Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, operations, supply chain, and business teams to drive product execution and delivery.
• Oversee Transition from Development to Mass Production: Ensure smooth handoff while maintaining high quality and operational efficiency.
• Stay Updated on Industry Trends and Competitors: Drive innovation by staying informed on technological advancements and market changes.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
• 8+ years of experience in product management, product development, or engineering leadership for multidisciplinary products.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced, technical environments.
• Strong background in hardware product development. Experience in networking, cloud infrastructure, or high-performance computing is a plus.
• Project Management Expertise: PMP or PMO certification is an advantage.
• Experience with Manufacturing and Supply Chain: Understanding of New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
• Technical Expertise: Familiarity with hardware, embedded systems, or system architecture, with the ability to collaborate closely with R&D and engineering teams.
• Customer-Facing Experience: Experience in roles such as pre-sales, account management, or technical support is a plus.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyze complex data and make informed, strategic decisions.
