Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Product Owner to join our dynamic team and lead the development of cutting-edge products in the Identity Access space.

In this role, you will define and manage the product backlog, working closely with R&D to ensure delivery of high-impact features that drive customer value. You’ll combine a deep understanding of SaaS environments, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of successful product delivery.

You will play a key role in delivering continuous value to our customers through a customer-obsessed, data-driven approach, maximizing ROI and aligning execution with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Define and deliver the vision, roadmap, and execution of Identity Access capabilities.
Work closely with the Product Manager to deeply understand customer needs, technical constraints, and business context.
Translate high-level product requirements into clear, actionable epics, user stories, and functional specifications for the R&D team.
Create and maintain detailed functional documentation to guide engineering, architecture, and QA throughout the development lifecycle.
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with roadmap objectives.
Communicate the company’s strategic goals and product vision to development teams.
Make informed decisions on scope and priorities based on stakeholder input and technical feasibility.
Collaborate daily with R&D teams to support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and high-quality delivery.
Align closely with architecture and security teams to ensure enterprise-grade scalability, security, and interoperability.
Foster continuous feedback loops between stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure rapid iteration and value delivery.

Qualifications

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a SaaS B2B environment.
Strong technical background, with a solid understanding of software development and architecture.
Deep understanding of modern identity and access control concepts.
Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
Expertise in Agile methodologies and product development processes.
Ability to collaborate with highly technical teams and translate architectural discussions into actionable plans.
Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
A self-starter with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive alignment across different units.
