Senior Runtime Security Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Senior Runtime Security Analyst to join our CTO Office and to own and improve ARMO runtime detection engine within the cloud-native ecosystem. In this role, you will work closely with the CTO, R&D teams and agentic AI systems to validate security findings, triaging incidents, separating real threats from the noise, tuning rules, investigate vulnerabilities and support the development of new security capabilities and work with customers on implementation.
It is an exciting hands on role! A great opportunity for someone with strong security foundations, curiosity and problem solving skills who is passionate for cloudsec, AI security and Appsec to grow into a security research role

What will you do?

Analyze security findings, alerts, and runtime behaviors to identify meaningful attack patterns, improving runtime detection logic and security rules to reduce noise.
Analyze runtime security findings across multiple customer environments to identify meaningful patterns and threats and Investigate edge cases where runtime detection logic meets real-world customer behavior
Contribute to and improve the AI-powered triage tooling you use daily
Contribute to documentation, blogs, and open-source initiatives

About you:

2-4 years of experience as a security analyst
Proven experience in the cybersecurity industry.
Vast experience with runtime security concepts in Linux and cloud-native environments
Familiarity with cloud-native attack techniques and reading detection logic - CEL, or similar policy languages
Strong Analytical Skills -Comfortable with looking at raw data in databases and querying at scale
A problem solver at heart with a “can do” attitude, doing what it takes to get the job done.
Self-starter and Self-learner with a drive to grow into a security researcher role
Comfortable with uncertainty, enjoys working in high pace, fast growth environments and thrives in a dynamic environment
Team player with excellent communication skills
