Product Manager, Consumer Privacy

You will be a part of an all-star consumer privacy team that is responsible for shaping our strategy, defining business requirements, and determining sprint priorities for privacy and identity protection products. You will partner with other product management team members to deliver final products to our iOS and Android customers. This position will work closely with engineering, marketing, user experience, program management and customer support. A successful product manager is an expert on their products with excellent communication skills to evangelize products internally across functional teams and externally to Malwarebytes. The ability to communicate the values of Malwarebytes solutions by providing key use cases, product demonstrations and roadmap presentations is key to your success.What You Will Do:Work closely with Product Management and Product Marketing to define and execute the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the Malwarebytes product line for consumer Android and iOS usersConduct market and user research to identify unmet customer needs and to inform future product directionAnalyze competitive landscape and conduct technology assessmentsAdvocate for users to ensure customer satisfaction and acceptanceCollaborate with Growth, UI/UX, and Engineering teams to define new product experiencesTranslate high-level product features into epics and detailed user storiesAct as the technical product expert for the mobile technology stackBuild, prune, and maintain the team backlog of epics, user stories, defects, refactors, infrastructure workLead sprint planning, backlog refinement sessions, sprint reviews, and participate in retrospectives and daily standupsWork closely with the scrum team to promote the product vision, explain your user stories, make key decisions, negotiate trade-offs, and ensure on-time delivery of releasesCoordinate with Program Management and Marketing to ensure smooth product launchesCollaborate with other Technical, Product Strategy and Product Marketing Managers to share knowledge and experience, coordinate with other releases and deliver great productsParticipate in beta programs and our public forums on an on-going basisMaintain close relationships with the cross-functional team (Support, Marketing, Engineering and QA) to answer questions about your productEvangelize and defend the vision of the product with the internal teams on a day-to-day basisSkills You Will Need to Have:2-5 years of software product management experienceBackground in the mobile space (both iOS and Android) requiredCertified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) preferredStrong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into business requirements.Self-directed, proactive, highly detailed-oriented, results-driven, with the ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, collaborative environmentCuriosity and willingness to learn new domains and skills, with a focus on staying updated with industry trends and best practices.Strong exposure to user experience design and user researchAbility to collaborate and interact across functional boundaries and across multiple organizational levelsAbility to speak with internal and external customers with knowledge and professionalismCreative thinker, problem solver, and strong leader with excellent attention to detailAbility to multi-task, adapt to changes, and maintain a positive attitudeHighly self-motivated, pro-actively reporting on status and tasksEnthusiasm for working in a fun and fast-paced cultureTravel as requiredExperience leading product development in cybersecurity preferredBenefits and Perks:An opportunity to do something great for yourself and the worldA magnificent work environment that supports growth, development, and most importantly having fun!Wellness programs
