We’re looking for a skilled IT Manager (4+ Years experience) to take full control of our IT environment.

Job Description and key responsibilities:

You’ll manage our IT systems, ensure top-notch security, and provide outstanding support to our teams.
Ensure network security. Compliance with ISO 27001.
Handle software/hardware procurement and inventory.
Manage the Google Workspace environment
Manage the Company DNS domains and entries
Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.
Ensure cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures are up-to-date.
Manage IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
Monitor system performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Develop and enforce IT policies and best practices.
Manage relationships with vendors, including negotiating contracts and procurement.
Provide technical support and training to employees.

Requirements:

At least 3-5 years experience as an IT manager.
Proven IT experience in small to mid-sized organizations.
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently.
Great communication skills.
Familiarity with Fortinet firewalls and network security.
Familiarity with Mac OS, linux ubuntu.
Relevant certifications (e.g., MS, Azure, Fortinet).
