1 year intern/co-op within a functional area of MKS Instruments that provides students a comprehensive and engaging experience from before your program starts to after the program ends.

Summary & Objectives:

MKS Instruments is seeking an exceptional NPI Engineer Intern to join the team. You will have the opportunity to see the big picture of how new products are developed and launched, and to learn from experienced engineers and mentors. You will also contribute to our guiding principles of quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Principal Responsibilities:

Develop test jigs and software
Validate alternative components, by conducting experiments and writing test reports
Production support

Required Skills:

Enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical engineering
Have practical engineering knowledge or experience
High level of spoken and written in English

Competencies:

Have excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
Curiosity and passion for hardware engineering
Creating innovative solutions and learning new spheres

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

Can work 20 hours per week, with some flexibility
