Legal Intern

Taboola's Legal Team is looking for a motivated law student to support it in a wide array of legal issues. In this hands-on role, you'll assist with the preparation, review, and filing of global contracts, perform legal research and other daily tasks, and gain general knowledge of what in-house legal work in a global tech company entails.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

2nd or 3rd-year law student.
Excellent English – written and spoken – a must.
Availability for at least 2 workdays per week.
Strong academic background in contracts and corporate law.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Interest in tech, advertising, or privacy law.

How you'll make an impact:

Support the contract workflow for service providers and vendor agreements.
Review signed contracts for various internal legal issues.
Assist with processes and documentation to ensure compliance with internal processes.
Assist legal team in revising and updating our international contract templates.
Conduct legal research and support general legal tasks as needed.
