We are looking for a independent, responsible and professional bookkeeper who is a team player, able to thrive in a fast-growing company, and deliver within strict deadlines.
You will join our professional finance team and be part of the company's global bookkeeping.

What you will do…

Responsible for end to end AP cycle management: record invoices against POs, approval cycle, prepare payments.
Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, including: banking, vendor, accruals, credit cards etc.
Managing accurate and timely cash flow reporting.
Record daily transactions and execute journal entries, including month-end closing processes.
Experience working with Israeli Tax Authorities including VAT, 102 reporting etc.
Support ad-hoc financial tasks and initiatives to help drive operational efficiency and business growth.
Ad- hoc back up for the company's payroll controller.
Completeness, accuracy and timely manner is required in all the above responsibilities.

What we expect…

5 years of experience as a bookkeeper in hi-tech and international companies
Experienced payroll controlle- Advantage
Experience working with Israeli Tax Authorities.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Fluent in English – speaking and writing
Proficiency in NetSuite (big advantage)
Team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks independently
