This critical leadership role involves developing comprehensive digital transformation strategies, managing complex technological implementation projects, and guiding government agencies through comprehensive digital evolution. The position requires deep expertise in emerging technologies, strong change management skills, and the ability to translate complex technological concepts into actionable, impactful government solutions.
