Assistant Controller (Maternity Leave Replacement)

Ribbon is looking for an Assistant Controller to join the Accounting Department of a multinational, dynamic, high-tech company.
This is a temporary position to cover a maternity leave, with an expected end date of April 2026.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the preparation of financial statements of a large multinational company in accordance with US GAAP
Assisting in the preparation of statutory accounts, Tax Return, and reports to certain authorities
Work closely with the Head of Accounting to set and implement accounting policies & procedures
In-depth analysis of various technical accounting and financial reporting areas
SOX Process owner
Providing support to other activities and processes within the Group’s finance function
Independent work with the company’s external auditor and internal audit department

REQUIREMENTS:

Certified CPA, with at least 1 year after an internship in one of the BIG-4 accounting firms' Hi-Tech departments
Strong accounting background in US GAAP
High analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze multi-detailed schedules
Excellent Excel skills
Excellent English (written and verbal)

Advantages:

Knowledge and experience with Oracle ERP and respective BI tools
Experience as an assistant controller or other similar position
Experience in Group reporting
