We're seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth in the Israeli market.

*What You'll Do:*
* Leverage your network in gaming and entertainment to open new opportunities for GenieLabs.
* Proactively build and nurture relationships, initiating introductions through your connections.
* Lead outreach, meetings, and close deals with gaming studios, from initial contact to signed agreement.
* Position GenieLabs as a vital partner to studios, emphasizing our impact on LiveOps, content pipelines, art scaling, and monetization.
* Contribute to shaping our go-to-market strategy and influence our business direction.

*What We're Looking For:*
* 4+ years in Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales within the gaming industry or B2B SaaS for games.
* An entrepreneurial mindset - proactive, strategic, and thrives in building processes from the ground up.
* Proven track record of opening doors and closing deals, with established connections to decision-makers.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Based in Israel.
