Senior Backend Engineer

We’re looking for a Backend Engineer to join our growing R&D team and take an active role in building and scaling core components of our product.

Maintain high standards for code quality, scalability, readability, and performance.
Take ownership of the product, tech stack, and development processes.

Requirements:

Your Chain of Strengths:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Python.
Experience with React and TypeScript - an advantage
Familiarity with state management libraries.
At least 4 years of experience in REST API and Backend development.
Ability to solve complex technical challenges with autonomy, top-notch design, and analytical skills.
A mindset that challenges the status quo, always seeking workflow improvements.
Proficiency in creating and maintaining reusable and maintainable components.
Experience in writing unit tests and end-to-end.
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and languages.
Experience addressing performance issues (both in web apps and backend).
