Creative Team Lead

Responsibilities

Own the creative strategy for new game launches and ongoing marketing campaigns
Lead the production of 200+ performance-focused video ads monthly, ensuring creative variety and testing strategies
Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary in-house creative team (content producer, marketing artist, and designers)
Oversee external partners and freelancers to expand capacity as needed
Collaborate with UA, Product, and Analytics teams to align creatives with performance goals
Analyze ad performance data and apply learnings to improve creative effectiveness
Ensure creative delivery is timely, high-quality, and optimized for different channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, Applovin, Unity, Moloco, Liftoff, etc.)
Drive innovation through GenAI tools and AI-enhanced workflows to boost speed, scalability, and experimentation
Own and optimize the end-to-end creative production process

Requirements

3–5+ years experience in mobile marketing creative production, preferably in gaming
Proven success managing large-scale creative pipelines for performance marketing
Strong leadership and project management skills
Hands-on experience using GenAI tools in creative workflows
Deep understanding of ad platforms, creative trends, and A/B testing methodologies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong creative eye with analytical thinking
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
