Responsibilities:

As a Senior Product designer, you have a crucial role in shaping the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of the product. Your typical day-to-day activities will include:

Wireframing and Prototyping: Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for new features or enhancements to the SaaS platform. Create interactive prototypes to test ideas and concepts with users or internal teams
User-Centered Design: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies to understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors
Design Systems and Consistency: Develop and maintain a consistent design system, ensuring scalability and cohesion across the SaaS platform
Data-Driven Design: Use metrics, analytics, and user feedback to inform design decisions and prioritize features or improvements.
Collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and goals. Translate complex problems and technical constraints into simple and effective design solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

5+ years of proven experience in product management and UX/UI design
Experience with B2B/SaaS products, working closely with Product Managers and R&D teams.
Highly proficient with Figma and other design tools (e.g. Sketch, Adobe XD)
Strong typography skills and attention to detail
Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team across multiple geos
Front-end development knowledge
Ability to think strategically and creatively
Proven ability to set plans and meet deadlines
Holding a degree in a related field (Design, Human Factor Engineering, Cognitive/ Applied Psychology) – an advantage.
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Highly proactive and energetic
High level of verbal and written English

Working Hybrid: at least 3 days from the office
Assertive and proactive, ensuring the right design is being implemented
Report directly to the VP of Product
Assistance with supporting marketing needs (decks, landing pages, etc) might be requested from time to time
