About the Role

The FP&A analyst will have a significant impact on the business by helping to push the company’s strategy forward. You will:

Deliver key financial forecasting, along with insightful performance reporting and analyses.
Monitor the company's financial and operational KPIs.
Prepare ad-hoc analyses and models to help support the decision-making process of management and business partners.
Translate complex data into easy-to-understand actionable strategies & follow through on implementation.
Establish, maintain & improve on methods & models to ensure continuous quality and improvement.

Experience & Skills

Student of economics, industrial engineering, statistics, or related fields.
Analytical mind with strong attention to detail and ability to see the big picture.
Strong ability to communicate, collaborate, and influence others.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable follow-throughs.
Experience with Excel & PowerPoint.
Highly motivated with a positive approach.
Ability to work at a fast pace and under tight schedules.
Fluency in English and Hebrew.
