We are looking for a talented Product Designer (UX/UI) to join our Product team and help us turn complex cybersecurity data into simple, intuitive, and powerful user experiences.

The Role

As a Product Designer (UX/UI) at Remedio, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our platform. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to create seamless interfaces for high-scale, data-intensive systems.

Requirements:

Experience: 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, specifically for B2B SaaS / Cybersecurity / Complex Data systems.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to solve complex UX problems and a clean, modern UI aesthetic.
Figma Master: Expert proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, and prototyping).
Problem Solver: A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a "product-first" mindset.
Data Visualization: Proven experience in designing dashboards, data tables, and complex data-heavy interfaces.
Startup DNA: Proactive, independent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Excellent English (both written and verbal) and the ability to explain the "why" behind your design choices.

Nice to have

Experience in the Cybersecurity industry.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and understanding of technical constraints.
Experience working with design systems at scale.

Responsibilities:

Own the Experience: Lead the UX/UI design process for new features and products, from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity UI and developer handoff.
Simplify Complexity: Translate sophisticated cybersecurity workflows and AI-driven insights into clean, easy-to-use dashboards and management tools.
Build & Scale: Maintain and evolve Remedio’s design system, ensuring visual consistency and high-quality standards across the entire platform.
Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with R&D and Product to ensure design feasibility and perfect execution.
User-Centric Design: Conduct user research, analyze heatmaps/behavior, and gather feedback to constantly iterate and improve the product.
Impact: Take full ownership of the visual identity of a leading cyber platform, influencing how the world’s largest brands manage their security.
