Digital Marketing Team Leader - High-Tech company Responsibilities: Managing a small Marketing team Initiating and leading creative and marketing projects Planning and managing digital marketing campaigns Technical maintenance and project management for company websites (WordPress) Creating performance reports, analyzing data, and deriving insights (A/B) Managing schedules, webinars, and video production Overseeing external vendors Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field At least 3 years of hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing for tech companies Management Experience Practical experience with SEO, Google Ads, social media and email marketing Experience with WordPress site management English at a Native or High level, including content writing skills Experience with analytical tools and market research Excellent interpersonal skills, independence, and the ability to manage schedules Work from the office 4 days a week
