We are looking for an IGS - Global Services Delivery Manager.

This role reports to VP Infinity Global Services.

Key Responsibilities
Manage large teams of technical experts worldwide
Assume responsibility of P&L, quality of delivery, utilization, team development and HC planning
Customer management ownership, including issues management, escalations and resolution
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, keeping them informed of customer project status, project performance and project issues
Identify and lead the development and improvement of Service Delivery processes
Communicate customer concerns, questions, and conflicts to management and Sales account teams.
Generate status reports and lead meetings to disseminate appropriate information to stakeholders as necessary.
Qualifications
At least 7+ years of service delivery, and global management leadership role within professional services or IT organization.
Project Management expertise with demonstrated success managing multiple customers and/or projects at any given time.
Demonstrated experience delivering project deliverables on time through an iterative continuous improvement process.
Excellent written and verbal communication, time management and organizational skills.
Superior Interpersonal skills, active listening, client-facing experience.
Self-directed, takes initiative and has leadership skills.
Ability to work as a team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Adept in planning, working in a fast-paced dynamic environment, and multi-tasking skills.
