Junior Application Business Analyst (Maternity Leave)

DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Application Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.The ideal candidate will support HR and finance systems such as SharePoint, HiBob, Attendee, and expense systems, while also having a basic understanding of ERP, PLM, and MES systems.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the analysis and documentation of business processes and requirements for HR and finance systemsSupport the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of applicationsDevelopment and characterization of the organization's needsCollaborate with IT and business teams to ensure effective integration and functionality of HR and finance systemsUnderstanding the need of system users and providing end-to-end support to users, including guidance and instructionAssist in developing and maintaining documentation and user guides for HR and finance systemsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within company’s processesRequirementsB.A In Information Systems / Industrial Engineering and Management.Technical Skills:Basic understanding of HR and finance systems such as SharePoint, HiBob, Attendee, and expense systems.Experience in the development of Priority - an advantage for a manufacturing company.Deep familiarity with the modules and work processes in Priority - production, inventory management, sales, service and maintenance and finance.Experience in writing characterization documents, tests - an advantage.Experience in implementing processes and systems - an advantage.Familiarity with PLM, and MES systems - an advantage for a manufacturing company.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools.Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, alongside independent work, analytical ability and thinking outside the box.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
