We are looking for a Part-Time Accountant in our Israel location. Details below:

What you will do:

• Working with SAP (R3) - bank statements posting, reconciling and clearing. Liaison with our accounting and treasury department in our head office in the US
• Monthly reporting to the authorities (social security, tax authority)
• Online annual report of 856 to tax authorities;
• Monitoring the accounting procedures, monthly and Quarterly Closing – calculating posting accounting provisions/Quarterly reconciliations
• Customer´s collection management, handling ink adder billing, check status of customers debt on printers and suggest code extension period, preparing quarterly printer report
• Prepare and send weekly cash forecast reports
• Handling IC clearing and payments
• Flux- Check and explain GL's changes on a Quarterly basis
• Annual report on overseas travel expenses
• Compliance with local accounting regulations; Liaison with our outside service providers (e.g. external accountants, auditors) and any other accounting activities

Job Requirements:
•Accounting certificate 1+2.
•At least 2 years’ relevant accounting experience.
•Good verbal and written English.
•Hands-on mentality with strong communication skills.
•Service orientated.
•Able to think ‘outside the box’
•Flexible
•Organized
•Results driven
•Another foreign language would be an advantage.
•Experience with SAP preferably.
•Experience with office, outlook and specially strong excel skills.
•Experience in high value environment, e.g. speed and accuracy desirable

• Reporting online tax preparation and transmission VAT
•Post and review banks accounts.
•Treasury forecast and reporting
•Preparation of payments to vendors
•Fixed asset maintenance.
