Product Manager - Native German speaking

We seek a highly motivated, experienced Product Manager to join our growing team in Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities:

Managing the entire product life cycle, from product definition through launch to maintenance and optimization.
creation of PRDs with prioritized features and technical guidance to R&D team
Working closely and guiding the R&D team with the workflow process, Design, Project, Marketing, Business etc.
Managing products’ analytics tools, defining A/B tests, monitoring, and translating “numbers” into actions. Ongoing follow-up on executions (ANALYTICS, setting up KPIs etc.)
Definition of ongoing tasks and product backlog.
Research and specification of markets and user needs for current and future products.

Requirements:
Native German read and write - MUST
Great communication skills, order and organization and the ability to work under pressure.
Being independent, Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines across a range of projects. - MUST
2+ years' experience in a B2C/B2B-Web product management - MUST
Technologic background –of FRONTEND and BACKEND – to be able to have a dialog with RND team and scope work based on technological aspects
Experience working in an Agile methodology environment – advantage
Excellent English level required
