Bookkeeper

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance team. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a critical role in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the efficient operation of our financial systems. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing payment processes, reporting to authorities, and collaborating with various stakeholders to support our financial operations.

Responsibilities:

Manage payments to suppliers, both domestic and international, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain financial records and reports for Israeli authorities, adhering to regulatory requirements.
Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations in line with schedules and accrual directives.
Collaborate with service providers and consultants to enhance financial efficiency.
Oversee daily bank account operations, including transaction entry and reconciliation.
Support the finance department with additional financial and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a certified bookkeeper (Type 3)
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team and with stakeholders.
A Problem solver with a proactive approach to financial challenges.
Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Experience in NetSuite– a must
Experience in Hi-tech companies - Advantage
