Our Sales Development Team partners with the Field and Inside Sales organizations to guide the early stages of the sales cycle and assist with new customer acquisition. We work closely with the other teams to follow up on campaigns and events to increase pipeline and generate demand for new customer revenue opportunities.
Become a trusted advisor to customers
As a UK&I Sales Development Representative, you will identify and qualify enterprise account sales leads and opportunities. You will focus on analyzing business needs by conducting information-gathering to pre-qualifying opportunities through phone, social and email contact. You will be generating outbound qualified leads for regional or international sales teams.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for:
Identifying, prospecting, and penetrating sales accounts to achieve pipeline and forecast goals
Updating lead and prospect activity in Salesforce to ensure KPI attainment
Collaborating in a business-to-business sales environment to position our technology solutions to a varied audience
Setting qualified introductory meetings for the sales team and nurturing the top of the funnel pipeline to facilitate sales opportunities
Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
Have 2 years of relevant experience
Demonstrate experience in selling within the sales cycle
Have experience identifying business needs through information-gathering to pre-qualify opportunities
Be comfortable speaking with decision makers via various mediums (social, email, phone, and video)
Have experience with Microsoft Office, Salesloft/Xant, or Salesforce.com
Enjoy working in a team and have a desire to grow in the organization
Be a Native British speaker and have high-level English skills
