The OpportunityAs our Building Technician, you'll be the go-to problem solver managing daily operations and responding to helpdesk requests. Reporting to the Building Operations Coordinator, you'll keep our facilities running smoothly while maintaining high security awareness.
Your Day-to-Day ImpactHandle helpdesk tickets with prompt, effective solutions
Perform skilled maintenance: painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work
Coordinate internal moves and assist with IT equipment setup
Conduct building fabric audits and safety assessments
Monitor utility readings and support BMS operations
Apply your DIY expertise to varied challenges every day

What You'll Bring3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience
Electrical certificate
Electrical knowledge and carpentry skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills
Customer focus and cultural awareness
Ability to work safely and understand risk assessments
