We’re looking for a *Product Manager* to join our *Zoho* *CRM Development Team* (5 members) and help drive the growth and optimization of our *Zoho CRM platform*.

*What You’ll Do*

* Act as the bridge between business needs and the CRM dev team.
* Gather requirements from multiple departments (sales, support, finance, operations).
* Create and manage tickets, define priorities, and track delivery.
* Help optimize CRM workflows, integrations, and reporting.

*What We’re Looking For*

* 2+ years of experience in Product Management / Business Analysis.
* Prior CRM experience. Zoho CRM ecosystem experience preferred; if there is no Zoho experience, Salesforce or similar CRM systems experience is a plus.
* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and align stakeholders.
