Fireblocks' platform and network provide the simplest and most secure way for companies to work with digital assets and it trusted by some of the largest financial institutions, banks, globally-recognized brands, and Web3 companies in the world, including BNY Mellon, BNP Paribas, ANZ Bank, Revolut, and thousands more.About the TeamThe Subscriptions Platform team is responsible for building the platform that powers Fireblocks' subscription data, billing, and product-led growth initiatives — enabling both internal teams and customer-facing experiences to drive business impact.We own and build services that power:Licensing and subscriptionsBilling and paymentsUsage metering and analyticsIntegrations with CRM, payment providers, DWH, and other internal systemsSignup and onboarding flows for new customers and workspacesFeature management and experimentation capabilities to support product-led growth (PLG)Enablement and configuration of purchased products for different business verticalsAs a Senior Full Stack Engineer on this team, you'll work across the stack — designing robust backend services and building polished, data-driven UIs that help customers and internal stakeholders get value quickly.What You'll DoLead technical design and implementation of backend projects, owning end-to-end features from architecture to deploymentDesign, implement, and maintain scalable microservices and event-driven systems that power our subscription and billing engineDesign and maintain asynchronous flows using queues to handle high-concurrency usage metering and analyticsContribute to the frontend domain by building and maintaining UIs that expose subscription data to customersCollaborate with Product, Data, and Customer Success teams to support product-led growth (PLG) and business goalsTake ownership of production systems, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and reliability improvementsWrite clean, testable, and maintainable code, and participate in thoughtful code reviewsSimplify integrations and workflows to reduce Mean Time to Value (MTTV) for internal stakeholders and customersWhat You'll BringQualifications5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer working on production systemsStrong backend engineering experience with:Node.js and TypeScriptMicroservices architectureRESTful APIs and event-driven systemsWorking knowledge of React and TypeScript, with the ability to contribute to frontend components and data-driven UIs, including:Building complex, data-heavy, performant web applicationsTranslating UX and product requirements into clean component architecturesExperience with relational databases, including data modeling, query optimization, and troubleshootingProven experience deploying and operating services in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)Experience with containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes, or similar)Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (e.g., Datadog, Coralogix, Grafana)Strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, scalability, and reliabilityAbility to debug complex production issues across the stack and drive them to resolutionComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple prioritiesExperience with asynchronous processing and queuesNice to HaveExperience with NestJSExperience with billing, payments, or subscription platformsExperience building internal platforms or tooling for engineering teamsBackground in analytics, BI, or customer-facing data productsHow We Work – Team ValuesYou'll thrive in this role if you embody our team values:Accountability – you own what you build, end to endProactive approach – you anticipate problems and solve them earlyNo ego – you give and receive feedback openly and focus on the best solutionTeam-first mindset – we succeed and fail togetherFireblocks' mission is to enable every business to easily and securely access digital assets and cryptocurrencies.
