Webmaster

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Webmaster to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing websites for various countries, working closely with the Lead Webmaster, Project Manager, Product Manager, and the Digital Marketing team. This role involves performing regression tests, quality assurance, and sitewide tasks for updating content and settings. The Webmaster will conduct regular monthly meetings with marketing teams from different countries to update them on new developments, guide them through update processes, and prepare the website infrastructure to facilitate their tasks. Additionally, the Webmaster will track local tasks, update their statuses, and lead standardization processes to ensure all websites adhere to the same standards. A good level of English proficiency is essential for effective communication.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Manage and Maintain Country Websites:* Ensure websites for assigned countries are up-to-date, consistent, and functional.
* *Perform Regression Tests and QA:* Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to maintain website performance and integrity.
* *Lead Standardization Processes:* Implement and enforce standardization to align all country websites with established guidelines and standards.
* *Collaborate with Marketing Teams:* Conduct monthly meetings with country-specific marketing teams to update them on new developments and guide them through update processes.
* *Track and Manage Local Tasks:* Monitor, track, and update the status of local country tasks.

*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience as a Webmaster or similar role for 1 years, preferably with a focus on managing multiple country-specific websites.
* Knowledge of content management systems (WordPress preferred).
* Experience with regression testing, quality assurance, and website maintenance.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
* Strong communication skills with a good level of English proficiency and the ability to effectively interact with marketing teams.
* Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
