About the position:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our Finance team. A team member who can work efficiently in Excel, communicate well with the business team, manage aspects of the monthly close, and drive positive process changes across the business and different cross-functional departments.

Minimum 3-4 years of finance administration/bookkeeper experience - must.
Certified bookkeeper- advantage
Good Understanding of Israel Payroll law - an advantage..
Strong Excel skills.
English at an advanced level (both spoken and written)
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Team player and service-oriented.
This is a temporary position (4-6 months with an option to extension)

Responsibilities:

Assisting with finance monthly / quarterly closing procedures
Maintaining company`s payments documentation
Manage local and foreign vendors including processing invoices and communicating with vendors.
Supporting customers collection and invoicing procedures
Supporting and communicating with company`s bookkeepers and payroll providers in Israel and abroad.
Responsible for employee reimbursement management.
Assist and support our external audit process
Ad hoc accounting projects as needed
