Own technical direction, execution, and team output.Strong focus on AI and agentic solutions — building intelligent systems that leverage data, APIs, and automation to enable advanced workflows and product capabilities.ResponsibilitiesLead architecture, design, and delivery of cloud-based systems and data servicesAct as technical leader: drive key design decisions, code quality, and engineering standardsPlan and execute roadmap, manage backlog, and own delivery timelinesOwn releases: build, deploy, and support production systemsLead and mentor engineers; drive execution across distributed teamsCollaborate cross-functionally with product, QA, and partner teamsAI / Agentic FocusDrive design and implementation of AI-powered features and workflowsBuild agent-based solutions leveraging APIs, data platforms, and orchestration layersIntegrate LLM-based capabilities into production systemsExperience & Skills8+ years of software engineering experience with 4+ years of team leadership and people managementStrong experience delivering distributed, production-grade systems in cloud environmentsProficiency in backend development (Java / Python / Go), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed systems (microservices, APIs)Experience with data platforms and large-scale data processingHands-on experience with LLM-based systems and building or integrating agent-based / AI-driven solutionsStrong ownership, execution, communication, and ability to lead cross-team delivery in a global environmentMinimum Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 6+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.ORMaster's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 5+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.ORPhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.• 3+ years of work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.*References to a particular number of years experience are for indicative purposes only.
