Technical Content Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer to join our dynamic commercial team.
What You Will Do:

Documentation Creation: Author and update all user documentation for desalination plants and related products, including: technical data books and Manuals, various user guides and Operation Manuals
Operator Training materials and supporting graphics.
Provide end-to-end support for international bid and tender submissions, including material review, language refinement, and ensuring persuasive, technically precise language.
Drive innovation by integrating and collaborating with AI tools and augmentation practices (e.g., automation, translation, validation) within the documentation workflow.
Work seamlessly with engineers, project managers, and sales teams to guarantee technical accuracy, clarity, and compliance across all materials.
Ensure all documentation aligns rigorously with client requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Create high-quality technical presentations and other specialized materials for professional conferences and publication.

What You Will Bring:

Exceptional command of the English language (Mother Tongue) – Mandatory.
3+ years of professional Technical Writing experience.
Advanced proficiency in drafting and supporting international Bids & Tenders.
AI Tools: Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into the documentation workflow (Advantage).
Technical Writing Certification (Advantage)
Proficient with PDF software and the MS Office suite.
Knowledge of graphic tools for documentation support (Advantage).
