Responsibilities

Ensure that the work environment and its facilities operate properly and are maintained to a high standard.
Plan, coordinate and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment.
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services, repairs, and renovations.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facilities, handle maintenance budgets, perform analysis and forecasting.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards for all sites of the company.
Respond promptly to emergency situations or urgent maintenance issues outside of regular working hours.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate office layout changes, renovations, or others.

Requirements And Skills

At least [4] years of proven experience in facility management or related field, preferable from high-tech global company.
Excellent communication - both in Hebrew and English
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional global environment.
High proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
