Position Brief
We have a fantastic career opportunity for an experienced HR leader to join our global People organization as Global Head of Talent and Culture .
As a key member of the Global People Leadership Team, this role leads a team of global Talent and OD professionals and reports directly to the EVP, People.
This role works closely with business executives and the global people community in designing and delivering talent, organization and culture programs.
This role is also a part of the Syngenta Group Talent and Culture Leadership Team to contribute, align and leverage available infrastructure and resources from the group for the benefit of ADAMA.

Position Purpose
The Global Head of Talent and Culture is responsible to build organization capabilities by designing and delivering end-to-end talent programs across the Employee Lifecycle while enhancing the mindset of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
This includes the following main areas:
Transformation and Change Management (Driving Organization Structure Alignment, Implementing the Operating Model as well as Culture and Behavior Shifts)
Talent and Performance Management (High Potentials, Succession Planning, Career Management, Bench Strength, Human Capital Planning, Employee Sensing)
Learning and Leadership Development (Skills and Capabilities Building, Future Skills Assessment, AI Augmented Learning, Management and Leadership Development)
People Team Effectiveness (enhance ways of working of the Global People Community, ensuring alignment and focus of resources)
What It Takes To Succeed
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to challenge, influence and effectively collaborate with executive decision makers
Executive presence with the ability to work with senior HR and business leaders
Superior relationship building skill with the ability to navigate complex organizations
High integrity, tolerance for ambiguity and ability to cut through noise and focus
Perseverance in the face of adversity and ability to drive change and Get It Done
Stay up to date on cutting-edge practices and innovative technologies to challenge the status quo and current company practices
Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Master's degree in a relevant field, an advantage
At least 15 years of HR leadership experience in complex, matrix, multi-national companies, spanning multiple cultures and time zones, chemical manufacturing industry experience, an advantage
English at mother-tongue level, Hebrew an advantage, additional languages an advantage
Strong understanding of talent management principles, including performance management, talent management, succession planning and employee engagement
Demonstrated experience driving change, designing and implementing leadership development programs
